Use Termosh only with systems you are authorized to access. You are responsible for your servers, credentials, commands, and third-party providers. Termosh does not operate a public terminal relay or hosted AI backend in this release.

• You are responsible for the servers, credentials, commands, third-party AI providers, and network environments you configure.
• Termosh provides local mobile tooling and does not guarantee that remote commands, previews, or AI suggestions are safe for every environment.
• Apple's standard EULA applies to App Store distribution unless a separate agreement is provided.
